Derek Rollins is Vice President of Transformation at ATG. In this role, he leads business improvement initiatives across the organization, with a current focus on AI implementation and adoption, business analytics, and special projects — driving the strategic capabilities that will shape ATG’s next phase of growth.

Rollins brings a track record of leading transformation through complex organizational change. In his prior roles at Attalon and Coherent, he focused on business improvement, integration, and stand-up of newly separated business units, while also serving in Segment General Manager, Engineering Management, and M&A leadership roles supporting business expansion.

Rollins holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and combines deep technical grounding in engineering and operations with a strategic focus on data, analytics, and AI-driven business transformation.

Rollins is based in Philadelphia and splits his time on-site between ATG’s Winter Springs and Melbourne, Florida locations.
