WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. – Oct. 7, 2026 – ITI Engineering (ITI), a leading provider of ruggedized, mission-critical computing systems, has been named a 2026 Orlando Top Workplace by Orlando Sentinel Media Group, ranking third out of 46 organizations in the small company category (fewer than 150 employees). ITI also received the New Ideas specialty award, recognizing exceptionally high employee survey marks for encouraging new ideas across the company.
ITI was among just 134 employers recognized as a 2026 Orlando Top Workplace this year. The recognition is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a survey administered by Energage. ITI’s 2026 workplace experience score was 19 points above the benchmark for similarly sized aerospace and defense manufacturing organizations.
Survey results also showed strong performance in areas including confidence in the company’s direction, feeling informed about important decisions, inclusion and employees’ perceptions that senior leaders understand what is happening across the business. The survey measures several aspects of the employee experience, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to execute.
“This recognition means a lot because it came directly from our employees,” said Kevin Speed, President, ITI. “We want ITI to be a place where people understand where we are going, know how their work contributes and feel they have a voice in how we continue to improve. I’m proud of what this team has built together, and just as importantly, we’ll keep listening and working to make it better.”
