Orlando Business Journal recognition marks ITI’s second consecutive year as one of Central Florida’s leading workplaces

WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. — Aug.  31, 2026 — ITI Engineering (ITI), a leading provider of rugged military computing systems, has been ranked second among large employers in the Orlando Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work, marking the company’s second consecutive year among the region’s top workplaces.

ITI earned the distinction in the large-company category for organizations with 100 to 499 employees. Rankings were based on employee survey results compiled by Quantum Workplace, which measures factors associated with employee engagement, workplace satisfaction and retention.

“This honor is a reflection of our people and the culture they’ve built at ITI,” said Kevin Speed, president of ITI. “We do challenging, mission-critical work, and we’ve always believed people do their best work when they feel valued, trusted and connected to what we’re accomplishing together. As we grow, preserving that culture will remain one of our highest priorities.”

Employee feedback from this year’s survey showed particularly strong confidence in ITI’s future, trust in leadership and pride in the organization. The results reflect the company’s continued commitment to maintaining a collaborative and engaging workplace as it grows its workforce and capabilities for its customers.

ITI provides engineering, manufacturing and sustainment solutions for mission-critical systems operating in demanding environments. Its work supports defense and aerospace programs across mission planning, data transfer, rugged computing and other specialized applications.
